- All products can be returned for any reason within 30-days for a refund, except Enrollment Collections, Holiday Collections & Merchandise.
- To receive a refund for all product Bundles and Collections, including Balance and Restore, all items in the set must be returned.
- Products do NOT qualify for a refund after 30-days of purchase.
- New/Unworn Merchandise can be returned within 15-days of purchase for a refund.
- Merchandise does NOT qualify for a refund after 15-days of purchase.

Enrollment Collection Return Policy:
- An enrollment collection can be returned for a refund within 30-days of the purchase date and if the collection has NOT been opened. The Advocate account will be terminated upon the return of any collection.
- The Basic Business Collection does NOT qualify for a refund of any kind if it has been opened or it is 31-days or more after the purchase date.
- Collections can be returned if ALL products are inside, and it is within 30-days of the purchase date. A refund will be issued for unopened products and the Advocate account will be terminated. Please note that refunded items are at the collection's discounted price, not full retail price.
- If a collection is returned with missing items, there will be NO refund of any kind and the Advocate account will be terminated.
- At Green Compass, we stand behind every product we send your way. If your order arrives with leaking or punctured cans, or something’s missing, we’re here to help make it right.

Dents, Dings, and Bumps:
- Minor dents, dings, and bumps can happen as your order travels to you, it’s part of the journey! If a can isn’t leaking, it’s still perfectly safe and enjoyable to consume. For that reason, we don’t issue replacements, refunds, nor product credits for cosmetic dents, dings, and bumps.

Damaged Cans:

If you receive damaged cans, here’s how we’ll take care of it:
- If all 4 cans in the 4-pack are damaged: We’ll send you replacement 4 pack.
- 3 cans or fewer: We’ll issue you SIX drink product credits for the number of cans that can be applied to any future SIX Drink product purchase.
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged items so our team can quickly assist.

Missing an Order:
- If your order is marked “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please wait 24 hours, in most cases your delivery is still on the way. If it hasn’t turned up after that window, reach out and we’ll gladly help track it down or arrange a replacement or refund.
